International Delivery

Delivery

Orders placed after 20/12/24 will be despatched from 02/01/25 due to our Christmas closure between 23/12/24 and 02/01/25.

We use DPD and FedEx to deliver our international orders. The delivery cost is calculated by weight at checkout and the estimated delivery time will be displayed. The maximum weight is 12KG per order.

Duty, Taxes and Import Fees

VAT is NOT included in the price of goods delivered outside the UK. Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may be subject to local import fees, duties and taxes. All applicable charges for custom clearance will be payable by the parcel recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order with us. 

Please be aware that in the event of items being returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, a deduction will be made from the refund, which will include both the outbound and inbound shipping fees, along with any handling charges imposed by our courier.

We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number or from persons whose own address contains a PO Box Number.

Sanderson, Harlequin, Morris & Co and Clark & Clark are not available outside the EU.
Products that contain liquids or paint are not available outside of UK mainland.

Samples

Maximum of 8 samples per order.
In stock samples are 53cm x 30cm all other samples will be A4 size.
Estimated delivery in 2 weeks, special order samples may delay the order slightly.

Items marked as SPECIAL ORDER are ordered on request may take longer to arrive.

Returns Policy

You may return your order to us within 30 days of delivery, items must be unopened and in a resalable condition. Items marked as Special Order are non returnable.

Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs. The goods will be deemed returned when received and checked by us and we will refund payment of goods as soon as possible, within at least 7 working days. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post.  

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and it will only be returned at your cost.
