Delivery
Standard delivery times for the UK are estimated to be within 5 working days using either Parcelforce or DPD. Please see our delivery page for more information and prices.
Our next day service is a next WORKING day service. If you order after 2pm on a Thursday you will receive your order on Monday the following week. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Damaged Items
On delivery, it is your responsibility to check and immediately inform us of any damage to products. We will not accept liability for visible damage not reported within 3 days of receipt.

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is displayed for all products on the individual product pages.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from us. You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order, items must be in a fully resalable condition, undamaged and unopened. Sanderson, Laura Ashley, Earthborn, Johnstone's Trade and Leyland Trade paints are mixed to order and cannot be returned. Wallpaper samples cannot be returned. Ohpopsi wallpaper and murals are printed to order and cannot be returned. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and it will only be returned to you at your cost.
We will refund payment of goods as soon as possible within at least 7 working days of return. Please note - we will only refund the cost of the goods and not the cost of any postage charges on returned items. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer.
International Returns Policy
You may return your order to us within 30 days of delivery, items must be unopened and in a resalable condition. Items marked as Special Order are non returnable.
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs. The goods will be deemed returned when received and checked by us and we will refund payment of goods as soon as possible, within at least 7 working days. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and it will only be returned at your cost.

Faulty Wallpaper
Please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after the first three lengths have been hung. If you have any problems or questions regarding your wallpaper, please do not proceed with the job. Contact us immediately and retain all labels and samples of the fault. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers. A full replacement or refund will be made at no charge including postage costs once the manufacturer has verified the fault.All labels and samples of the fault must be provided when making a claim.
Credit Card Security
All credit card payments are processed for us by Stripe at the time of ordering. Your card details are not stored on any of our servers or computers.
Stock Availability
We try to keep our website as accurate as possible, but we do have a retail shop and products can sell out before we've had a chance to update the website. If we are out of a product that you order that will delay dispatch by more than 48 hours we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to cancel or wait for the stock to arrive.
International Import Fees
VAT is NOT included in the price of goods delivered outside the UK. Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may be subject to local import fees, duties and taxes. All applicable charges for custom clearance will be payable by the parcel recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order with us.
Please be aware that in the event of items being returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, a deduction will be made from the refund, which will include both the outbound and inbound shipping fees, along with any handling charges imposed by our courier.
